Good Friday

What did they say those who built it
Did they say another dollar another day
Like those on a production line
Did they or he… one man may have made it
Say another nail…
Was wood stored in some wood yard
Or did the axe fell a tree to build it
Was it built in vengeance or fear
Was there anyone who said
I am having nothing to do with this

Two others were beside Him
Did one man make all three crosses
Did he know how his work would become
A symbol of recognition for all to remember.
